Is the form complicated and does it take a long time to complete?
The form is not complicated. But, you will want to make sure that you fill out the form as complete and as accurately as possible.
After all, you do want your loan inquiry to be taken seriously, right? Besides, in order for me to do my very best for my clients, I need to be able to understand their situation. To do this, I need to review a complete application which starts with our On-Line Form.
When can YOU expect to hear from us once the On-Line Form has been completed?
We will call you within 24 hours or less. Most of the time, you can expect to hear from us within an hour.
Our normal office hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. If the On-Line Form is filled out after hours on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, then you will hear from us on Monday or the next business day.
What about your private information?
Your private information will stay private! And of course it’s safe and secure!
Will your credit be pulled?
We will not pull your credit just because you submitted the On-Line Form to us. First, we will contact you by phone to review your loan, your situation and to make sure we understand your goals. During this time, we’ll also answer any questions you might have. At this point, if it makes sense to pull your credit we will. Again, only with your permission will we do this.
What happens after we pull your credit?
After we pull your credit, we will go over it with you. We do this to find out if the information on the report is accurate.
It is extremely important for us to review your credit with you! This is because credit reports can and often do contain errors. Since we specialize in working with people who have filed a bankruptcy or have other credit problems, we know how credit reports can contain errors.
In fact, according to a recent survey performed by trade organization for credit bureaus, 79% of credit reports surveyed had either serious errors or mistakes of some kind!
If you have erroneous information on your credit report, would you want a loan decision to be based on this? No way! You would never want this. This is why we spend so much time with our clients reviewing their credit with them.
How long after I submit the On-Line Form, will I know what you can do for me?
Normally, within 45 minutes we can tell you what your loan will look like. In some cases, it might take 24 hours. And only in rare cases would it take longer for us to get you an answer.
Will I get something in writing which will explain the monthly payment, the interest rate and how much money I will need?
Yes. We would be glad to provide you with an estimate in writing. Our estimate will be accurate. This means you won’t be surprised with any last minute fees and charges.
What happens if I don’t like what you can do for me? Am I stuck with you? And do I lose any money?
First of all, this rarely happens. But, if it does, then you owe us no money! You have no obligation to use our services. Is it really this simple? Yes! You have nothing to lose to see what we can do for you!
If I don’t qualify for a mortgage loan now, will you work with me so I can in the near future?
Yes. Since we work with so many home buyers with credit problems, there are times when it’s best for our client to do a few things now in order to qualify for a better home loan later. We have designed a program specifically for this. It’s called our Get Mortgage Ready Program.
